Having a Nanny along to help with the children means parents can relax and really enjoy their vacation. Crystal has over 16 years of experience working with children of all ages and she truly has a passion for travel. Investment: $25 per hour (1-2 children), +$2/ hour for each additional child

  • A temporary nanny contract will be outlined to reflect job responsibilities and working hours.

  • Rate will be paid for all travel time to and from the destination.

  • Rate will be paid for all hours Crystal is responsible for the children.

  • All travel expenses are to be covered by the employer (the family). This includes flights, accommodations, meals, and any other travel related expenses.

  • Your travel nanny’s privacy is important – Crystal should have her own hotel room/living space for when she is not on the clock.

  • You do not need to pay Crystal for any hours where she is free to go off on her own and is not responsible for the children.

  • You do not need to pay Crystal for rest time. However, 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep in a row is required.

  • In accordance with federal labor laws, if Crystal works over 40 hours in a week while traveling with your family – she should receive overtime pay at one and a half times the regular hourly rate of pay.
